From Highway 75 exit East on Walnut Hill. Take a right on Fair Oaks. The fields are 1/4 mile on your right.

Watermark Softball – Rules
Helmets are required for everyone.
No metal cleats allowed.
Minimum of 9 players to play.
May start with 8 players (minimum of 4 girls) but must have 9 players by the end of the 1st inning.
If you have 5 girls for your game then you need to play all 5.
Can only play 5 guys in the field at once.
Minimum of 3 girls must play in the infield.
Each player less than 10 is an automatic out.
Lineup must start with a guy and then alternate guy/girl.
Games start prompt at 7:00, 8:00 and 9:00 on fields 1 and 2.
Games will have a time limit of 50 minutes.
Each batter will start with one ball & one strike.
If a guy is walked with 2 outs the girl behind him in the order has the option to take a walk.
No stealing or leading off.
Each batter will be allowed a foul ball with two strikes before they strike out.
Run limit for the 1st 3 innings is 10 runs/inning.
Run rule is in effect with 20 runs after 4 innings and 15 after 5 innings.
Winning team of a forfeit gets 10 automatic runs.
Home run and ground rule doubles will apply and will be explained by the umpire staff prior to the games.
Teams can pick up 2 players from another team if needed to field a full team.
No bunting. The first bunt attempt will result in a warning and count as a strike. The second attempt will be an out.
If tied at the end of the time limit. The last batter from the previous inning will be placed on second and each batter will start with a full count and one foul ball.
Home/Away team will be determined by a coin flip.
Infield fly rule is in effect.
Everything else is up to the umpire’s discretion
